Braised chicken with spaghetti

Materials Main Ingredients
Whole chicken, 2 Kg. (With the belly and offal)
Garlic 10 cloves
Tomatoes, peeled, 1 box
Olive oil, ½ cup / s of tea
Spaghetti, ½ Kg., No. 10
Cinnamon 1 stick
Carnation, 5 sticks
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Execution Cut into small pieces of chicken giblets and roast in 1 / 3 of the oil in a frying pan. When almost ready, add half the garlic, salt and pepper. Leave them 1-2 minutes to wilt and remove from the heat to cool.

Wash and dry chicken well and put in the belly of the mixture prepared before. Sew the stomach of the chicken with a packing needle. In a large saucepan put the remaining oil and chicken. The turning on all sides to brown when ready, put the remaining chopped garlic, lots of salt, pepper and oregano and roast for 1-2 minutes. Pour water into the pot covered until the chicken. Add the tomatoes, cinnamon and cloves, and let our food to cook for 1 hour, until only the sauce.

In another saucepan, boil the pasta is al dente and place them on a platter. Pour sauce over chicken. In another dish put chicken cut into portions and serve.
