Lasagne, 500g.
Leeks, 3 pcs.
Zucchini, 6 pcs., Moderate
Vegetable broth 1 cup / s
Cream, a small box
Parsley, 1 bunch / s
Olive oil, 6 tablespoons. soup
Basil, oregano and a little
Cheese, a little grated
Salt
Pepper
Execution Initially, wash and cut into small pieces and leeks. Wash and chop the squash into cubes. Chop the parsley and basil. Heat oil in frying pan, throw in the leeks until wilted. Add the zucchini, salt and pepper and let simmer a pot patches. When baked, mashed vegetables do throwing in a blender with cream. In a saucepan of salted water boil the noodles for 7-10 minutes. Without the drain, to pass a Pyrex one or two skimmer. Pour over the sauce, stir, sprinkle the cheese and serve.
