Materials Main Ingredients
Eggplant, ½ Kg.
Onion dry, 2 pcs.
Garlic, 3 cloves
Tomato 2 pcs., Chopped
Olive oil 1 cup / s, virgin
Frumenty 2 cup / s
Salt
Pepper
Execution Wash the eggplants, cut the slices and bake or fry. Then saute the onions and garlic. We put everything into the pot, add tomato, salt, pepper, a little water and the remaining olive oil. Allow to boil and add the frumenty. Let simmer until the sauce become thick.
